Which XML format is supported?
The tool is designed for invoices in the KSeF FA(3) structure. Use an invoice file, not a UPO receipt or API response. If the file cannot be read, check its structure in the validator.
Can I print the PDF?
Yes. The PDF presents invoice data in a readable layout for viewing and printing. Verify that the required information from the XML appears correctly in the result.
Can I download the same result later?
The free converter does not keep a document archive for you. Download the PDF and retain the source XML. A KSeFGPT account supports invoice history within your selected plan.
What if PDF generation fails?
Check that the uploaded file contains an FA(3) invoice, the XML is complete and there are no parsing errors. Use the XML validator, correct any detected problems and try again.
Can I send the PDF to a counterparty?
Yes, as a readable visualization of invoice data. PDF does not replace structured XML in KSeF. Before sharing, check the requirements for your situation, including any labels and QR codes.
