What is KSeF?
National e-Invoicing System
KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland's national electronic invoicing system, mandatory for all businesses since 2026. It enables the issuance, storage, and exchange of structured invoices in XML format.
Every invoice issued goes through KSeF, receiving a unique KSeF number. The system ensures invoice authenticity, reduces VAT fraud, and simplifies tax reporting.
