Written procedure
What you will do
You will add a Telegram connection to the selected company in KSeFGPT. Before saving, you will verify the bot and send one test message. At the end, the integration card will show the Active status.
The token controls the bot, so treat it like a password. Do not include it in screenshots, documents or support requests.
Requirements
Before you start
Prepare a bot created through @BotFather and the destination chat. Add the bot to that chat before testing because KSeFGPT will send a real message to it.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Access | The company owner or an organization member with integrations:manage. |
| Plan | A KSeFGPT plan with the Automation and Integrations module enabled. |
| Telegram data | A bot token from @BotFather and the ID of a group, channel or user, for example -1001234567890. |
| Starting point | After signing in, open Automation and then Integrations. |
| Time required | About 3 minutes. |
| Test effect | Selecting Test connection immediately sends one message to the specified Telegram chat. |
Process recording
The recording shows Telegram selection, bot token and chat ID entry, a test message and saving the active integration.
Open integrations
In the side navigation, select Automation and then Integrations. Select Add first integration, or Add integration if the list already contains other connections.
A dialog with the available integration types should open.

Select Telegram
In the Add integration dialog, select Telegram. Its card describes a connection that sends notifications through a Telegram bot.
The Configure Telegram form will appear.

Enter the bot and chat details
Enter a recognizable integration name in Name. Paste the value received from @BotFather into Bot token and enter the message recipient identifier in Chat ID.
The token should look like `123456:ABC-DEF...`. A group or channel identifier usually begins with a minus sign.

Test the connection
Select Test connection. KSeFGPT first verifies the token and then sends a test message to the specified chat.
Wait for the green Connected to bot and Test message sent to chat confirmations. Also verify that the message reached the correct recipient in Telegram.

Save the integration
Select Save. The dialog closes after saving and the integrations list refreshes automatically.
The new card should show the entered name, the Telegram type and the Active status. You can test, edit or delete the connection from this card.

Final state
Check the result
The integration is ready when the test message is visible in the specified Telegram chat and its KSeFGPT card shows Active.
If the token is exposed, revoke it through @BotFather and save a new token in the integration editor.
Diagnostics
If something does not work
Compare the symptom with the table below.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Test connection is disabled | Bot token is empty. | Paste the complete token received from @BotFather. |
| Save is disabled | The integration name, bot token or chat ID is missing. | Complete all three required fields. |
| Invalid bot token format | The token does not contain a numeric part, colon and secret string. | Copy the token from the @BotFather conversation again. |
| Failed to verify the bot | The token is incorrect, expired or revoked. | Check the token or generate a new one through @BotFather, then repeat the test. |
| The bot exists but cannot send a message | The chat ID is incorrect or the bot has not been added to that chat. | Check the chat ID, add the bot and repeat the test. |
| You cannot save the integration | The integrations:manage scope is missing or the save request failed. | Ask the organization owner for the required permission and try again. |
What next
Add a Telegram notification block in the automation editor and select the saved integration.
After changing the token or chat ID, test the connection again before running a production workflow.
Add a Telegram integration
Sign in, test the bot and save the connection for the selected company.
